On September 1st, 2020, after over 12 months of initiating contract signings to decide on investment and ERP deployment, upgrading the internal operational system of the enterprise, effectively minimizing inefficient tasks, strengthening sales and delivery process control, aiming ultimately to improve service and best meet the needs of customers when it comes to furniture.
DFURNI officially gave the entire system the “go-live” to input data into the Odoo system. Achieving this required a great deal of effort and determination from the leadership team and all employees throughout the company because it took a lot of time, effort, and especially shared goals.
